We take your privacy seriously. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline. Donation information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. We do not have access to your credit card.

We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations, or individuals, except when required by law. We do not sell, communicate, or divulge your information to any mailing lists.

We also protect sensitive information and inquiries transmitted online. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, responding to a request for information about programs) are granted access to this information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment offsite.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

By providing us your telephone number, you consent to receive messaging alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable, and understand that you are not required to opt-in as a condition to receive offerings and services. You may withhold your consent to receiving text messages, either in whole or in part. In connection therewith, your withholding will in no way affect your right to any services from ACBL Educational Foundation, and/or its third-party agents, goods, property and/or services.

After you send the message “STOP” to us, we may send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.  You can also opt-out of receiving text messages by contacting us. If you want to join again, you may opt-in again at any time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
